.:|:. 15 Seconds Of Fame (Psychosis) .:|:.

[If you've talked to me today or listened to me ramble for a bit, you probably know what/who this is about. And if you haven't but still know what this is about, then send me an im or e-mail or whatever and I'll send you some e-cookies. I've been quite aggrivated by this today, so I decided to write a most horrible poem-y thing. Luckily, watching videos with silly boys in bands makes me smile like a friggin idiot.]
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You’re changing your stand
Like flowing hourglass sand
And you’re on such high demand now
For a glimpse of what used to be
A glass window too clouded to see
This once suburban boy is changing
Chicago-core goes Hollywood preview
And everyone’s got your words
Mr. Magazine’s re-making the scene
I guess you’re the new president
Maybe we all heard wrong when you said
“We’re still the same four boys!”
Because now you’ve moved out of Neverland
The overcast kids lost their Peter pan.
Forever never seemed so short
You’re all growing old.
The music fits the mold
And your face in my mind’s drawing pad.
Scars and stories were steps one and two,
You’re racking in the big bucks now.
You don’t need hometown approval,
It’s time for Chicago removal.
Doctors are cutting the umbilical cord
No more garage band practices missed
One less high school sweetheart kissed
This is called the separation
Watch the camera’s click
Hollywood’s pick of the week
But fifteen becomes sixteen too quick
And the daily interview is now, “what’s for dinner?”
Will you change as quickly as you once did?
And can things ever be the same?
