Little boy and little girl were friends all along
But one day, little boy did something that was wrong
Little boy saw a girl walking down the street
And little boy thought that girl was pretty and so sweet

Little boy was starting to spend more time away
"I hope he's happy," was all little girl would say
Each day, little boy would have on a smile
But little girl cried to sleep all the while

Little boy and little girl were friends till the end
But some cuts are too deep for little boy to mend
Little boy watched little girl as she walked out the door
Little girl, he's not such a little boy anymore
